Sweet Gilly’s is the most amazing bakery! My husband and I stumbled upon this bakery and its delightful owner last year, and we haven’t looked back since! Gilly is the sweetest human and is so passionate about her craft. She made the most amazing 6 tier king cake (with several different flavored fillings) for our Mardi Gras wedding, along with a red velvet Saints groom cake. Both exceeded all expectations and all of our guests raved about both cakes! Gilly is such a pleasure to work with (big shoutout to her super cool mom, too!). She makes everything super easy and stress free. All the goodies that she bakes are delicious and you seriously cannot go wrong with anything you choose. Definitely run, don’t walk, to this bakery!!

I found this shop on tik tok and had it saved for the next time I took a trip to Dallas. 10/10 bakery. Being gluten and dairy free, I don’t typically get to eat fun bakery items but this place had EVERYTHING. The cinnamon roll is to die for. The service is excellent, super kind welcoming and patient! Can’t wait to be back

I loved the atmosphere. The place itself was super cute. The service and the food.... was not it. I got a coffee crumble cake and I had such high hopes because it's my favorite dessert but the texture was almost raw. The lady gave me a hot coffee that was cold too and seemed very unsure of what kinds of coffee or tea they had. The owner was super sweet though! She came out to greet me and helped me warm up the coffee. It was aesthetic but I had higher hopes :)

As someone with many food sensitivities Sweet Gilly’s was a wonderful addition to our girls getaway weekend. Allergens are clearly listed in display case and staff is knowledgeable about their sweet treats. I tried the lemon blueberry cupcake, cinnamon roll, and cookie sandwich with sprinkles. The cookie sandwich was my personal favorite, but all were good. Atmosphere is so darling. Would love to come back for a tea service. Only wish there was a location in Oklahoma City. ;)
